Pose a 3D model.
Export an STL that prints.

PrintAPose turns GLB, STL and 3MF characters into print-ready figures. Pose the bones, scale to 1/12–1/4, add a base, export one watertight solid in millimetres. No Blender, no repairs.

Full use free for 30 days. One email when the Windows build is ready.

You have the model. What you don't have is a print.

A rigged character off Sketchfab or Mixamo isn't printable yet. In between sits rigging, posing, scaling, a base, and a mesh the slicer won't reject.

Blender costs a weekend

Rig, pose, convert units, fix holes. None of it is what you wanted to do.

Posing apps don't have your model

They pose their own characters, and export OBJ at best.

Commissions cost more

€20–50 a go, a week's wait, no second try.

Four steps, one direction

Nothing to configure that the file doesn't already tell it.

Import a model

Drop a GLB, STL or 3MF. A static scan gets a 19-bone skeleton in one click.

Pose it

Click a bone, turn three sliders. Joint limits stop elbows bending backwards.

Base and size

Disc, hex or square plinth at 1/12 to 1/4, with a bed-fit check.

Check and export

Five checks, then STL or 3MF, in millimetres.

The print check is the product

Seven tests on every export. What would fail on the bed gets named, not buried in a log.

  • ✓
Watertight. Open edges welded at import, so UV seams don't become holes.
  • ✓
One solid. The base is unioned into the figure, not floating under it.
  • ✓
Fits the plate. Height against your bed, split into parts with pegs when it doesn't.
  • ✓
Printable detail. Simplified to your nozzle, so a 2M-triangle scan holds.
  • ✓
Stable. Centre of mass over the base, before the printer finds out.

Inside the app

Split, peg and print

A figure taller than the bed is cut into parts with a peg and socket at every joint, written as a multi-object 3MF. The slicer opens it already arranged.

  • ✓
Two or three parts, or one piece if it fits.
  • ✓
Pegs and sockets at each cut, so the parts line up when you glue.
  • ✓
STL for one piece, 3MF for several — STL can't carry more than one object.

Who it's for

Miniature painters, doll and figure makers, and anyone with a rigged file off Sketchfab, Mixamo or VRoid. If it can be posed, it can be printed at the scale you want.

What it doesn't do yet

  • GLB, STL and 3MF first. FBX after.
  • Windows at launch. Mac later, not first.
  • No hollowing, drain holes or multi-material.
  • It's a beta. You'll be telling me what breaks.

30 days, everything unlocked. Free.

Every feature, every export, no card and no account. After 30 days it's €19 once — less than a single commission — or join the list before launch and it stays free.

  • ✓
Single-user licence for Windows, yours indefinitely.
  • ✓
Maintained, not expanded. Bugs in this version get fixed. New features aren't promised.
  • ✓
Works offline. Your models never leave the machine.
  • ✓
Ends quietly. No card was taken, so nothing can be charged on day 31.

Questions

Do I need a rigged model?

No. A rigged GLB keeps its own skeleton. A static STL or 3MF gets a 19-bone skeleton fitted in one click, and any joint guessed wrong can be remapped by hand.

Does it upload my model anywhere?

No. It runs on your PC and works offline. The only thing that ever goes over the network is a licence check.

When can I use it?

The Windows beta goes to the list first, in the next few weeks. One email when it's ready — nothing else.

What happens after 30 days?

Every feature stays open for 30 days from first launch. No card is taken, so nothing is charged when it ends — the app just asks for €19 once if you want to keep exporting. Join the list before launch and it never asks.

Do I get future versions?

No promise. I'll fix bugs in the build you have. New features and later releases aren't included.

Pose it once. Print it properly.

The trial, in plain words: 30 days from first launch, every feature and every export unlocked. No card, no account, nothing to cancel. When the 30 days are up the app asks for €19 once — not monthly — if you want to keep exporting. Anyone on the list before launch skips that and keeps this version free. It is this version, as it is: I fix what's broken in it, but I'm not promising future versions or new features.
